Penny B.
 Penny, that's me, has a varied and broad scoping professional and personal background. My life has been filled with personal and sports coaching, training, Toastmasters, school and community leadership roles, motherhood, teaching, tutoring, research and administration and life coaching. Along the journey there were times when I have been a debt chaser, waitress and jillaroo!
Such experiences combine to develop my ability to connect with all sorts of people.
Freedom to find joy, as responsible, caring, loving and proactive people, is an outstanding life issue that most people seek. They may ask,
What can we do to help and serve each other as opposed to hindering others' progress?
Coaching is the opportunity that gave Penny the impetus to work towards answering this question. If everyone felt great about themselves and where they worked, felt pride about the values that they hold with honesty and open communication, felt that they had great relationships, imagine how productivity and achievement would go up? Imagine happier places and people everywhere!
On a personal level I know about overcoming obstacles inherited from upbringing and negative environments and thus I believe I connect with people who are looking to get in touch with their personal power, to create a better future and achieve more for themselves and others.
I am passionate about:

WINTER'S BLANKET - awarded Editor's Choice award 2007 by the International Poetry Society. Now was that a nonsense or not? Who cares? The poem was real and it is mine.
Silence
distinguishes the descent,
vivid white seals the earth to winter,
feathered crystals adorn bare branches,
once more we yield to nature's printer.
Nondescript
niches and shapes adopt new looks,
glace frosting envelopes the scene
inviting play in cushiony floss
and beckoning breath in a cold so keen.
Outside
is the world of this purest ice,
overcoated in hueless sorbet,
unblemished in virgin formation,
a chilling, yet wonderful array.
