While Sagacity Services ensures the optimal performance of the site, you agree that you use this site at your own risk. You acknowledge that Sagacity Services is not liable for any delays, inaccuracies, failures, errors, omissions, interruptions, deletions, defects, viruses, communication line failure or damage to your computer system or network.
Booking Policy
For professional workshops, group seminars and courses, the booking is secured by the preferred payment of the quoted fee in full, 25% of which is a non refundable deposit. If payment is not in full then a booking fee/payment of 25% of the final fee is negotiable in certain circumstances.
This payment is required at the time of the booking request or thirty
days, whichever is the lesser time, prior to the course commencement
date. The balance of the fee is payable on the day of the actual
commencement of the course or seminar.
Termination
Cancellation and Refund Policy for coaching, teaching and training sessions
We know that your life can be unpredictable and very busy, but 24 hours notice should be given before the cancellation of a coaching session, if you don’t want to incur the full fee for that coaching session. You are encouraged to re-schedule your appointment. In accordance with Consumer Affairs Victoria, the implied conditions which exist under the Fair Trading Act 1999 and the Trades Practices Act 1974, there is no refund for a client simply changing his/her/their mind, or finds cheaper service elsewhere. Sagacity Services reserves the right to immediately terminate your use of, or access to, this site at any time, if Sagacity Services
decides at its sole discretion that you have breached this agreement or
any relevant rule or regulation or you have engaged in conduct that Sagacity Services considers to be inappropriate or unacceptable. For group seminars
and workshops, cancellation of a course by a group or organisation must
be advised at least 7 working days prior to the commencement and will
incur a minimum charge of 25% of the final cost of the course if a non
refundable deposit has not been paid. Cancellations less
than 48 hours prior to commencement incur a penalty payment of $500 on
top of the 25% and all costs of materials and preparation time. If cancellation occurs after full prior payment in line with the above, a refund is applicable less the 25% non refundable deposit and any penalty charge and cost of materials. If a client is unable to attend a session of a Workshop or seminar then a place at the same session of a future workshop can be reserved. If that does not suit at the time, then a replacement session via the telephone or a 45-minute session may be negotiated, depending on individual circumstances, but no part of the workshop session fee is refundable.
These policies are indicative of the appreciation that you would have of the effort that accompanies our professionalism.
Refund Policy on Products
Sagacity Services offers a money back guarantee on all items if they are returned within 21 days of purchase. We require that the item be returned in original condition with all certificates and receipts originally accompanying the product.

Please be certain to carefully package up any goods sent back to us in the post and include a note explaining the reasons for your return.
Refunds are issued by way of cheque or credit voucher to the value of the refund. Please note Sagacity Services reserves the right to repair damaged goods prior to offering any refund.

Shipping Details
Sagacity Services will deliver items by way of couriers or Australia Post. We require a street address for all deliveries as we cannot deliver items to a PO Box.
Allow 14 working days for any deliveries within Australia. Items which may be temporarily out of stock will be delivered within 21 days.
