Time Management
"I have no time to do that!”
How often do you hear other people say that? How often do you hear yourself say it?
Sometimes the statement is perfectly true and reasonable but often people are just not managing their 24 hours in the most effective and beneficial way for them.
So often the problem is to complete tasks. If you are not completing jobs with satisfaction then dissatisfaction with your days builds up. Each day must bring an achievement for you, preferably through things that you do well and that you prefer to do.
By taking just a few minutes to organise your days, at the very beginning, (or as some prefer, just before the lights are switched off,) you start the process of allocating time, and this leads to ‘finding more time’ in your days and weeks.
Get coached to improve time management and also use well-established systems to get you 'off the blocks' and running with time, not out of it.

If you
run around living a life of “not enough time” then that is what you get. When
you see that ‘Time is on your side’ then it may seem to be more easily managed.
When we get constantly told that once time has gone we can never get it back we
can tend to build frustrations but if we can change that rather negative idea
to turn things around and achieve things with the time that we do have, and can
‘make’, many of our frustrations dissipate - over time.
Managing time is often more about managing energy and how to get more energy becomes the goal in order to keep up with the demands of full schedules.
